Delete your Pivot Control account

You can permanently delete your Pivot Control cloud account and associated data from the Android app or initiate a request by email.

Delete immediately in the app

Open Pivot Control and select Pivots.
In Cloud & backup, select Delete cloud account.
Review the warning, enter DELETE, and confirm.
If requested, complete Google sign-in again to verify your identity.

This is the fastest option. The app removes the account and associated cloud and local app data after verification.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email the address used for your Pivot Control sign-in. Include “Pivot Control account deletion” in the subject. Support may request reasonable identity verification before deleting account data.

Data that is deleted

Firebase Authentication account and profile
Notification and device registrations
Shared-farm memberships associated with the account
Owned farms, invitations, and pivot configurations
Backup metadata and settings-backup files
Local pivot configuration and cached map snapshots on the device performing in-app deletion

Data that may remain

Data belonging to other farm owners remains with those owners after you leave their farm. Limited provider backups, fraud-prevention records, security logs, or records required by law may remain temporarily. PLC hardware settings are not changed by deleting the app account.
